Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
If your shipping address is outside the United States or Canada, we are unable to provide shipping services to your region at this time.
Orders shipped to Canada are subject to international import regulations. 
2. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays).
Canadian Orders: An additional 1–2 business days of processing time may be required to verify shipping details, prepare customs documents (e.g., commercial invoice), and ensure compliance with the destination country’s import regulations.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Standard Shipping within the U.S.: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Canadian Orders: Delivery time varies by destination, with an estimated 10–25 business days after dispatch.
4. Shipping Carriers
  • Within the U.S.: Orders are primarily shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Canadian Orders: We partner with USPS International to provide reliable delivery services. The specific carrier will be selected based on the destination, package weight, and delivery speed.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking information for U.S. domestic orders may only be updated until the package reaches the destination country’s customs office; further tracking can be done through the local postal service or the carrier’s international tracking portal.
5. Order Tracking Method
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor the package status.
  • U.S. Orders: Tracking information is updated in real time and covers the entire delivery process.
  • Canadian Orders: Initial updates to tracking information may take up to 48 hours; after the package leaves the U.S., the frequency of tracking updates may decrease. You can check the latest status via the local postal service website of the destination country.
6. Handling Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, or if the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not actually received it, please follow these steps:
U.S. Orders
  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk, mailroom) to confirm if the package was delivered to an alternative location.
  • Contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly with your tracking number to inquire about delivery details.
Canadian Orders
  • First, allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, as unexpected delays may occur during customs clearance or international transit.
  • Contact the local postal service or customs authorities with your tracking number—packages may be held due to unpaid duties/taxes or the need for additional documentation.
  • Check with family members, neighbors, or local delivery hubs (e.g., post offices) to confirm if the package was missed.
Still Unable to Locate the Package?
  • U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days from the date marked as "delivered" in the tracking.
  • Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days from the date marked as "delivered" in the tracking (to account for extended international transit and customs timelines).
