We accept return requests within 30 days from the date the product is delivered, subject to the following conditions: the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To minimize waste, we recommend using the original product packaging for returns. Items clearly marked as "non-returnable" are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
USA Orders: shipped via USPS
- Canadian Orders: Typically shipped via USPS International or a comparable carrier.
- After the product is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that tracking information for Canadian orders may only be updated until the package reaches Canadian customs or the local delivery carrier.
