Currency Settlement
United States: Orders shipped to addresses in the United States are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Canada: Orders shipped to addresses in Canada are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The order currency is determined based on your shipping country/region or the currency you select at the top of our website. The total amount displayed on the checkout page in USD or CAD is the exact amount that will be charged to your card. We do not perform any additional currency conversion during payment. If your bank card is issued in another country or currency, your bank may apply its own currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees. Such fees are charged by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Authorization and Charging
When you place an order, your bank may place a pre-authorization hold on your card for the order amount. The final charge will be completed once your order is confirmed. If a payment is declined or flagged for review, we may contact you to verify information. If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
